STILL GOING THROUGH YOUR TRIAL?

We believe that we’re offering the fairest way of setting the trial price: you choose an amount you’re comfortable with to determine if Gyna is the right fit for you.

If your Gyna trial is underwhelming, or you’re encountering technical issues that interfere with your trial, please reach out here to request a refund.

NEED TO TAKE A BREAK?

We understand that life happens — and sometimes it’s just not the right time to continue with a program like Gyna.

If you have an active subscription, you can pause your subscription at any time from your subscription management page by clicking the “pause button”.

If you don’t see a pause button, this means you don’t have an active subscription.

UNSATISFIED WITH YOUR PROGRAM?

If you complete your program courses and are unsatisfied with the results at the end of your fertility estimate period, you can request a refund here. You can check your progress towards completing your program at any time here.

Please note that renewal charges aren’t eligible for a refund, so please make sure you cancel your subscriptions or add-ons prior to the renewal date. Any cancellation requests received after your subscription or add-on renewal will go into effect at the end of that billing cycle.

Once you log in, you’ll be able to view your current plan — and change it if you’d like.

Please keep in mind:

Add-on subscriptions like premium meal plans are not eligible for refunds.

Uninstalling Gyna from your home screen doesn’t automatically cancel your subscription — you need to cancel your account.
