If you don't feel healthy now, when did you last feel very healthy?

Do you feel that any of these recent life events have impacted your fertility?

Choose all that apply

Big life changes can impact fertility.

It's normal. The good news? You can always bounce back better than ever.

Which of the following fertility products have you used in the past 12 months?

Have you attempted any of the following in the past to help you get pregnant?

Do you relate to the statement below?

“I feel upset when I'm asked about my baby plans.”

Do you relate to the statement below?

“I know there is more I can do to increase my chances of healthy conception but life is so busy it's hard to find time.”

Ten minutes a day.

That's all Gyna asks. (We're serious about small changes leading to big results.)

Do you relate to the statement below?

“If there's anything else I can do to boost my chances of getting pregnant and growing a healthy baby, I want to know now and not in 12 months.”

Unlike the traditional "wait and see" approach to fertility, Gyna gives you immediate access to all of the strategies that are likely to improve your fertility ...and lets you decide what to prioritize and when.

How busy are you on an average day?

One trick to adopting new behaviors is decreasing the decision-making around it.

Successful Gyna Mommas spend 5 minutes a day on average reading our lessons. When will you read your daily lesson?

Shaved off some time already!

Let’s keep going to see if we can help you get pregnant any sooner.

Do you have any dietary restrictions or food allergies?

In addition to WHAT you eat, how OFTEN you eat can impact your fertility.

Which of the following best describes your typical daily eating pattern?

How do you usually prepare meals?

Is it common for you to have one or more alcoholic beverages at the end of the day?

Gyna builds on your body's existing internal rhythms rather than forcing something that's not sustainable.

When do you typically feel an urge to grab a snack?

What typically triggers your urge to snack and nibble?

We'll work on this together

There are a million and one reasons you might have trouble controlling your triggers.

We’ll help you figure out why, so you can easily keep your weight in the fertility zone.

As a woman in your mid-to-late chidlbearing years, the specific combination of foods you eat can have a huge impact on your ability to conceive.

Which of the following best describes your typical lunch?

Do you relate to the statement below?

“I am usually multitasking while I eat (like watching tv or scrolling on my phone).”

You and your environment

HOW we eat can be as important as WHAT we eat. Most of us have created eating patterns that result in cellular inflammation.

By breaking these patterns, we're able to both make healthier choices and enjoy our food more.

Do you relate to the statement below?

“I track the macro and micro nutrients I consume to make sure I'm getting what I need for fertility”

Great. We'll build on that in your program to give you the optimal nutrition for fertility.

Not to worry. We'll dive into your macros and micros later. There are often surprisingly big fertility wins with slight diet adjustments.

Do you relate to the statement below?

“I already eat healthy, so I'm not certain there's much more I can do for my fertility”

Healthy Eating vs. Fertility Most of us know how to eat healthy, but we've never learned how to eat for fertility. It's slightly different...

It might sound too good to be true but rest assured the impact is very real!

Some approaches to getting pregnant faster can harm your chances if they don't initially succeed.

For instance women often report experiencing irregular cycles for several months after using injectable fertility medications.

Traditional medical approaches can boost fertility in short bursts, but can ultimately make it harder to conceive if they don't initially succeed.

While you should definitely follow whatever your doctor recommends, you can rest assured that Gyna is helping you with lasting fertility transformation and not going to set you back if you fail your first cycle.

Gyna doesn't follow a "one-diet-fits-all" approach, and what you're already eating can likely be adapted to optimize fertility.

In the last week, which of these foods have you eaten?

Do you crave or enjoy any of the following?

Lastly, which of these are foods you would eat?

How old are you?

We don't mean to pry, we just need to know so we can build a plan that's right for you.

years

Thanks. In this case, your "biological age" is more relevant than your "years" age.

Let's see if we can better optimize your plan for your biological age.

Compared to 10 years ago, how much does your mood fluctuate during PMS?

Do you have any grey hair?

Did you know…

Setting small goals allows for more frequent wins.

Reaching these goals keeps you motivated.

Staying motivated helps you crush more goals.

In addition to getting pregnant, what is a goal you would like to achieve with your program?

Gyna's science based approach identifies opportunities to improve your fertility.

In this next section, we want to better understand your thinking around fertility nutrition so we can better personalize your course.

Let's say you're reaching for a treat. Which is the better choice for fertility?

Best answer:

Most female sex hormones are lipophilic (fat-loving) which means they attach to fat globules in milk.

Because of the fat separation process, low-fat and non-fat dairy products are left imbalanced with mostly male sex hormones including androgens which are particularly bad for fertility.

So give non-fat and low-fat dairy a pass while you're trying to conceive.

Which of these groups do you think would get pregnant the fastest?

The women that ate....

Best answer:

Amazingly, women eating the most carbs got pregnant fastest!

Don't go carb crazy though. Women that ate the wrong kinds of carbs experienced infertility 2X more frequently because of negative effects on their LH and FSH balances.

Why? It's all about giving your cells the energy needed for reproduction while minimizing the negative impact of insulin resistance on estrogen production.

To boost fertility, you should consume lots of monounsaturated fats and polyunsaturated fats (EPA Omega 3's), no trans fats, and...

Best answer:

Wait aren't saturated fats bad?

Generally, yes. But some key fertility hormones need cholesterol to function and this cholesterol only exists in saturated fats. So aim for 5-8% of your daily calories from saturated fats while you're preparing to conceive.

How to get 5-8%? We'll teach you soon with plenty of real life examples, meal plans, and recipes to make it easy to get just the right amount.
